Merkel Tops Forbes 100 Most Powerful Women…Again

“And you aaaarrrrre? And you’re wiiiiiiiith?” I am reminded of David Spade’s old skit on Saturday Night Live skit as I read Forbes list of the “100 Most Powerful Women.” Angela Merkel, chancellor of Germany, has topped the list for the second year.
