Will Saying “no” Cause You to Be Less Successful? These Entrepreneurs say…”NO”

A Hot Mommas Project 2008 study – supported by the GWSB Center for Entrepeneurial Excellence – shows that women who are more balanced believe they are more successful.  While many entrepreneurs, particularly female entrepreneurs, make constant lists of goals, to-dos, and family/life plans what is LESS clear is: What DON’T they do? • How to deal with feeling overwhelmed
  • How to determine top priorities
  • Key decision-making frameworks
  • Communication tips for saying “no” gracefully
  • Real stories

Note: While this panel is geared toward women, men are welcome. 🙂

  2. This is SO important..in learning, business and in LIFE! IF one ever wants to accomplish what they set out to do, they have to say no to some folks. In fact, the more successful one becomes, I think it is even more important to be able to retain the resolve to stay focused and on track.

I actually wrote a post about having to say NO just a few weeks ago.

My company provides nc dept of insurance continuing education and I reiterate the importance of saying NO to more.

Very good stuff! Keep up the good work!!!
