This is SO important..in learning, business and in LIFE! IF one ever wants to accomplish what they set out to do, they have to say no to some folks. In fact, the more successful one becomes, I think it is even more important to be able to retain the resolve to stay focused and on track.
I actually wrote a post about having to say NO just a few weeks ago.
My company provides nc dept of insurance continuing education and I reiterate the importance of saying NO to more.
