This week’s question came out of Kathy’s most recent post regarding all the women’s empowerment books and the resulting discussions.
Here’s an excerpt:
There are TONS of rah rah guru books out there bossing us around. But when it comes to womens’ empowerment books, some of the criticism is Kevlar-worthy. Why such a hot issue? Can we not handle the truth?
She ends the post challenging us all to define success. I see this as an important point.
Because if what most women want is out of sync with the advice we’re getting to Lean In, close our confidence gaps, and Thrive, what’s the point?
It begs our question: How do you define success?
Answer the question on our Facebook page by Tuesday, September 9th, 2014, and you’ll receive a free seat in one of our premium classes on our virtual campus, opening this fall.
