Who Is In Your Sisterhood Circle?
We all have women we admire who teach us the true meaning of sisterhood, setting an example that’s the opposite of the mean girl that Kathy talks about in her CNN featured report.
This International Women’s Day, express your gratitude to that person by tagging them with our Sisterhood of Success crest. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #IWDSIsx when sharing via social media, to help us track who the most honored women are.
We may then be able to feature them on the site in weeks to come. From the announcement on Facebook:
Who do you call “I couldn’t do it without you?” friend? Who do you call “mentor?” Who represents all that is right, and the opposite of mean girl? It’s time to let them know. This week is International Women’s Day. Share the card below – or your own message – that they are in your Sisterhood of Success. Just be sure to use #IWDSisX on social media so we can track the impact and report back to you on – as our founder says – this “anti mean girls movement.”
Feel free to simply re-share that post and tag your friends if you have trouble grabbing the image from the post.
You can also download an image optimized for sharing in social media. Click here to download a copy at full resolution or to get the embed code. The size featured here is 400 pixels on its longest side, for optimal sharing in Facebook posts.
I’m still riding high after yesterday’s #CNNWomen Twitterchat. I found it utterly inspiring just to see the number and range of people, women and men, involved in the conversation. Well done, Tinu. You are indeed, one of my Sisterhood of Success friends. xo
Aw that’s so nice of you, @allen_mireles:disqus. You’re one of mine too. That was an amazing experience. And you can see even more evidence of how well we did when you look at the troll comments on CNN’s site!
Thanks for tagging me @allen_mireles:disqus! Long time love for this project, happy International Women’s Day to all you Hot Mommas!!!!! xo
Hope you enjoyed it. I found it to be a really uplifting exercise. Glad Kathy thought of it.
