Type AAA Solution to De-Stress

I’ve always sucked at meditation. But after reading Eat Pray Love and this recent article in www.Lime.com, I feel sort of guilty for not trying harder. The article quotes meditation expert Dawn Groves, author of Meditation for Busy People “Learning to meditate is like developing any new skill like playing the piano or learning how to skate. There’s a clumsy, awkward growth stage when you have to be patient with yourself. Remember, you have to go slowly to achieve change.” Okay, okay. I’ll try. I guess they’re asking for 10 minutes a day, not 10 months at an Ashram. Click here for Lime article.
