Female Superstars Make Smoother Transitions

Just read in Guy Kawasaki’s Blog (which I heart) about some research by Harvard Business School Professor Boris Gryosberg. This was in the hilariously-titled post “Is Your Client a Certified Orifice?Click here for summary. Bottom line seems to be that women have a broader base of contacts and factors influencing the reason they took the job in the first place. This allows top-performing female professionals to make better transitions to other companies (and, one would think, other things as well).
